Pastor D.M. Nelson

Pastor Nelson was gloriously saved in 1989, in Hawaii, while stationed at Schofield Barracks Army base. He graduated from New Testament Christian College in 1993. He has served the saints of God as Pastor, Evangelist, Teacher, Associate Pastor, Lay Pastor, Sunday School Superintendent and many other duties spanning across several states and in various settings. IE. Urban, Rural and in the Military. Pastor Nelson is also a Christian Author. His books: "21 Days to a Devotional Life" and "Church Outreach: It's Time to Go Soul Winning!" are available on Amazon.

Founder: Rev. R.E. Padgett

"Preacher Ed" was the beloved founder of Faith Assembly of Holiness Church. What a great man of God that walked in love and faith! He held a high standard of holiness and influenced many to walk in the Old Time way! Many were so inspired by his life they "just wanted to do what Preacher Ed asked" them to do! Sister Margaret Padgett was known to be a prayer warrior who loved praying folks through at the altar; helping them get what they need from the Lord!

Faith Temple Holiness Church has a long history of Christian Ministry in Saluda and surrounding areas! While we honor those that have gone before us we also understand that we must press on with the work of the Lord! We best remember the founders by maintaining a Biblical Holiness Standard, a fellowship of joy and brotherly love, and an evangelistic zeal that drives us to reach the lost at any cost!
